The Choir in St Bavo's Cathedral, Gent

St Bavos Cathedral, Gent Choir members and wives recently enjoyed a visit to Gent in Belgium. The Choir sang at St. Saviour's Cathedral in Bruges and St Bavo's Cathedral in Gent where one of the World's greatest art treasures, the 600 years old Gent Altarpiece is on display. The Choir remembered the dead of the First World War by singing at The Menin Gate in Ypres and visiting both Commonwealth and German burial sites. Read more about the trip on our current news page.

'Men in Green Jackets' Presentation

The Men in Green Jackets - Alan and Duggy Attention all Speaker-finders, Secretaries of Organisations, or anyone who organises meetings with speakers.
What you need is "Men in Green Jackets" - a light-hearted and entertaining audio-visual presentation about New Mill Male Voice Choir - its history, and the sound it makes.
The presentation lasts about an hour (plus or minus 15 minutes as required). There is no charge for the presentation but a donation to charity is welcomed - we may possibly have to ask for travelling expenses for longer distances outside the Huddersfield area.
All you need is a minimum number of 15 in the audience, and a readiness to enjoy a good story and some good music.
Please note that we are not usually available on Tuesday evenings as that is choir rehearsal time.
Go to the 'Men in Green Jackets' booking page for contact details.
